For the uninitiated, the Destiny 2 Revelry event introduced a temporary item called the Reveler’s Tonic. Using this item grants an hour-long Revelry buff to a Guardian, and this buff dramatically reduces the cooldown time on their class abilities, grenades, or melee, as per the player’s preference. Indeed, this is a powerful effect, and not only can the buff be used in PvE, it can be taken into all Crucible modes as well....
