In a round table discussion with GameReactor, Hideo Kojima revealed that the newly-founded rebirth of Kojima Productions is not going to become a monolith any time soon - at least, not in terms of members of staff. In fact, in order to try and keep the studio as efficient as possible, Kojima is going to cap the number of staff hired at 100 people. “I’m aiming to keep the staff less than 100 people,” said Kojima....

This proof of concept software, which was created by a single programmer going by the name CrossVR over on Reddit, purportedly allows Vive users to play content that is exclusive to the Oculus Rift.
